What is the Junior Auxiliary Board?

The MacBeth & Cheese Junior Auxiliary Board is a leadership and mentorship program designed to give young people a meaningful voice in the future of our organization. The board brings together students and young adults who are passionate about theater, creativity, community involvement, and the performing arts.

Junior Auxiliary Board members work alongside the leadership team to provide insight, ideas, and feedback from a younger generation’s perspective. They help shape programming, events, productions, marketing initiatives, audience engagement strategies, and community outreach efforts while gaining valuable real-world experience in nonprofit leadership and arts administration.

Why Are We Creating the Junior Auxiliary Board?

The Junior Auxiliary Board was created to:
